To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在南豐廣場的百份百餐廳，我享受了一個愉快的午後時光，特別是他們的花生醬金磚西多士，讓我感到無比滿足。這道西多士外脆內軟，金黃的表面散發出誘人的香氣，裡面則是濃郁的花生醬，口感豐富，搭配上糖漿，甜而不膩，讓我忍不住一口接一口。我選擇了茶走少甜，這樣的搭配使整體口味更加平衡，既能享受西多士的香甜，又不會感到過於膩口。這樣的下午茶只需$33，實在是非常划算，讓我覺得物超所值。百份百餐廳的西多士真材實料，讓我感受到他們對食材的重視和對顧客的誠意。環境舒適，服務周到，讓我倍感放鬆。這頓美食讓我終於不必再忍受那些令人失望的餐點，讓我的午後時光更加美好。無論是獨自享受還是和朋友聚會，百份百餐廳的花生醬金磚西多士都是一個極佳的選擇。我期待下次再來，繼續品嚐這道美味！

今日去醫院 覆診,經過百分百餐廳 ，想食西多士。 上一次來吃特價的 鮮牛油烘邊多士 配紅豆冰，沒有驚喜。 今次只想看吃 花生醬西多士。想不到下午茶有很多人 ，要搭枱。 自助點餐， 當然叫了一份 午後時光 花生醬金磚西多士。 侍應是用車 送餐 ，眼看著 滿滿的食品車經過 ，而自己的西多士 亦在， 侍應 卻先送了後面兩台食品，再回頭把西多士拿過來， 這份西多沒有熱辣辣的感覺， 雖然賣相不錯，但是已經打了一半折扣；吃下來 果然是暖暖的，看來已放了一段時間 ，中間的花生醬有點薄 ，而且只在中部和一個旁邊有花生醬； 花生醬本身的味道不夠香，幸好麵包邊還 有一點點脆。總括來說， 下次不會再叫西多士， 坐在旁邊的 焗飯看不錯， 花奶醬厚多士亦同圖片一樣（ 滿滿的奶醬，用的卻不是厚麵包 ）， 看來我叫錯了食物。 下次覆診再試吧。這間餐廳有自助結帳，值得推廣。正想結帳時，發現另外一位侍應同樣的 ， 當時已經不多人， 但仍推著滿滿的食品 的餐車， 將其他食品送完 （尤其是飲品）， 最後下層的西多送上 給客人。（附相片）。

尋日去完百份百寶林邨分店。感覺良好。熱誠熱辣辣上枱。服務周到。食飯期間聽到店內幾個侍應姐姐溝通氣氛融洽。食物份量 ok... 於是今日再去的一間位於明德邨百份百分店。發覺係另外一回事！叫咗個焗飯。柯打後五分鐘內上枱。個焗飯微暖。仲有叫咗個番茄湯米線。柯打後約莫十分鐘內上枱。湯米線太林夾唔起。凍檸茶沖劑一般。熱鴛鴦小奶。飲落好似溝水噉。於是同侍應話換過另一杯熱鴛鴦。飲落味道多咗奶都係好似溝水噉。於是同侍應話換過另一杯熱咖啡。飲落味道冇咖啡味可言都係好似溝水噉。成杯擺返喺度。同一個商場。有其它選擇。所以唔會再去。就算冇其它選擇都唔會再去。。。

今晚去將軍澳醫院探病，之後經過這間百份百餐廳，見有位便入座。點了香煎牛扒餐和咖哩牛坑腩飯。牛扒餐我沒有吃不太清楚。茄哩牛坑腩飯，以味道來說，茄哩的味道不俗，但牛坑腩一定不是牛坑腩，牛肯定是牛，不過不知道是甚麼部位。還還還夾雜了碎骨，不知道一口咬下去，好很痛，非常痛，一絲絲的血腥味在口腔久久不散😭😭其實牛坑腩會不會有碎骨，要擦新一下認知。

中午食 ，叫左個蔥油四寶飯$61。飯同餸都係微暖，已經係即上枱即食。完左，俾錢收銀，問拎單，單手飛張單俾你。屋村餐廳都係餐廳，我有俾錢架，唔係欠你錢，可唔可以有禮貌少少，阿姐。
