今日同朋友繼續打邊爐之旅,而係朋友介紹下,嚟咗尖沙咀呢一間試下,呢一間特別之處除咗打邊爐之外,仲有個打卡位,非常舒適同靚⭐️招牌椰子雞鍋椰子味十分濃郁,湯底清甜,舖頭仲準備埋計時器,令到火候恰到好處,雞肉爽口彈牙,而且湯都可以拎上黎飲,食完慢慢再加湯打邊爐都得⭐️娃娃菜顏色好青綠,絕對係新鮮⭐️即炸響鈴卜卜脆嘅口感令人停唔到⭐️韭菜餃 & 魚皮餃餃的size算大,特別係韭菜餃,仲好多汁,非常Juicy,值得一試⭐️出前一丁打邊爐點少得面類,出前一丁不嬲係首選,湯底嘅精華加上味粉,同屋企食嘅唔係同一個級別

🥥🍗🐤椰子雞煲。清潤舒服尖沙咀食椰子雞火鍋,湯底與椰子水、椰青肉和中藥材調制,將生雞切件煲滾。九宮格調味料調一碗自己最愛的火鍋醬,其中沙茶醬、惹味辣醬、生蒜和青檸的組合是貓太太最鐘意的,真是「醮拖鞋」都美味。火鍋料方面,鮮蝦雲吞🥟和四寶丸🍡都是呀姨下單後手工製作,味道不錯。四寶丸有魷魚、蝦滑、豬肉和牛肉,除了牛肉粉漿略為重手,其他都是彈牙紮實的。🥬皇帝菜也是姨姨立刻清洗,新鮮翠綠。🍝薯粉也比預期大碟,滿滿的一碟足夠兩個人份量。今次吃火鍋不算大吃大喝,更似家常便飯。

今次去咗呢間餐廳試咗佢哋嘅藥膳花雕醉雞鍋,整體感覺幾特別,適合鍾意藥膳風味嘅朋友。餐廳環境簡潔,坐得舒服,同朋友傾足全餐都唔會受到打擾,三五知己、商業夥伴聊天開會的好地方,可以慢慢享受打邊爐嘅樂趣。藥膳花雕醉雞鍋(半隻雞),湯底帶有濃郁嘅藥膳香氣,花雕酒味比較突出,飲落暖身,適合鍾意酒香嘅朋友。雞肉份量足,雖然俾我地煮耐咗有少少偏老,但依然可以接受,藥材味同酒香結合得幾有特色,飲完之後成個人暖笠笠。美國安格斯板眼嘅肉質尚算唔錯,油脂分布均勻,輕輕一灼就可以食。雖然牛肉味唔算非常突出,但配搭藥膳湯底都幾夾,食落都算滿足。手打四寶丸分別係牛丸、蝦丸、鯪魚球同墨魚丸,每款都有唔同嘅口感。雖然彈牙度可以再好啲,但整體味道都算合格,特別係蝦丸同墨魚丸,食落都幾有鮮味。西洋菜嘅份量幾多,放入藥膳湯底煮一煮,吸晒湯汁嘅精華,食落都幾清甜,可以平衡返打邊爐嘅油膩感。萵筍幾爽脆,煮完之後仲keep到啲口感,食落幾清新。萵筍嘅清甜同藥膳湯底幾夾,食完之後口腔仲留有淡淡嘅清香,算係幾好嘅配菜。
