Went for a short date after work with my partner, and we chose to try out this local dumpling restaurant at the renowned Camel Paint Industrial Building at Kwun Tong. We ordered 10 fried truffle dumplings and 8 boiled prawn ones, along with a soya drink, which was served in 15 minutes. The fried dumplings were the best; they had a really crispy crust with a delicious juicy filling which was absolutely gorgeous. The truffle flakes added a lot of flavour to the filling, which was a nice way of modernising this traditional dish. The boiled dumpling came in with noodles that gave a contrasting soft texture compared to the fried ones, but it was also really good. The soya drink made a really good addition to the meal, which I would recommend when trying out this kind of traditional Chinese cuisine. Honestly, this is one of the best dumpling restaurants I've visited, and definitely worth stopping by to fill your stomach if you're around!
