從電話叫外賣取餐,備注了湯年糕要分湯。到餐廳取餐時,阿姨態度已經有點不友善,一來就問你’幾號’,遞上了外賣後他說我們沒有分湯服務,熱湯不會浸軟年糕。我詢問如果不能分湯的話,為什麼做食物前不打電話告知客人一聲。由於距離回家的路程還有一個多小時,如果先前得知的話,我可能可以選擇一些比較適合的食物。阿姨不停堅持說我們就是沒有分湯服務。最後走時謝謝也沒說。真的蠻像茶餐廳的服務,不過食物是可以的。

難得屋企人放半晝,今日帶佢地黎飲茶。中午十二點入座,唔使排隊,四人坐六人枱,仲有位擺袋,算坐得ok先來頭盤鎮江餚肉,夠曬凍,肉地正常。之後都係招牌既鮮肉小籠包、生煎包,好香又有熱湯入口唔錯。鮮肉胡椒餅感覺同生煎包差唔多,個餅扁扁地面頭有芝麻都好香口。上海咸粢飯,成條原裝上,四個人每人半條啱啱好。再來招牌炒飯,冇寫明材料,略帶鹹味,不過不失啦總括食物嚟得幾快,夠熱夠香。唯一挑剔係煎既食物比較多油,其餘都唔錯!

✨陳醋海蜇頭:口味偏酸,但海蜇頭彈牙,都幾好味的。


✨招牌蟹粉小籠包:對呢個有少少失望,覺得個皮有少少厚,冇咩特別。


✨紅油抄手:抄手入面足料,啖啖肉



✨蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯:個人來講成餐飯最鍾意就係呢個!!!個湯好足料超濃味,冇味精,好清甜!!!



✨蜜汁火方:我知道蜜汁係會甜,但我覺得呢個偏甜左少少😂 但其實火腿口感好好,同埋個包好好食!


✨酸辣湯麵:酸辣湯出色,酸同埋辣好平衡。麵條都不會太淋,幾好。


✨貴妃紅棗糕:佢有三件,但係唔記得影相食得太快
出來嘅時候暖暖地,紅棗味濃但又唔太甜,口感好煙韌,好味!


另外想提及下就係店員服務態度好好,十分主動,又會不斷幫我哋refill茶!!
整體來講用餐體驗好滿意~~

位於太古城中心嘅花樣年華王家沙分店喺地鐵站行5至10分鐘就會到。歺廳空間都幾大下有一部分仲有櫻花做裝飾好靚我哋喺梳化位坐好後揀左以下幾款食蘇式鮮肉小籠包小籠包皮唔算話好薄厚薄適中但佢入面嘅湯汁夠熱油份同甜度剛剛好點埋醋係好食嘅椒鹽鮮魷外皮炸得剛好,乾得薄脆,咬落脆卜卜,魷魚新鮮入囗柔軟奶油津白味道較為清甜,菜煮得夠腍身,亦索哂啲鮮奶。鍋仔梅菜扣肉飯味道香濃,鍋仔將梅菜扣肉的香甜味逼哂入啲飯度,愈食愈滋味。招牌擔擔麵濃底濃郁偏杰身,每條麵條都掛滿左花生湯汁。高力豆沙高力豆沙中規中距,豆沙味不是一味死甜。

真材實料的老火湯一喝便知龍與鳳,味道濃沃,雞件十分幼嫩。雲吞一共有兩至三件,皮薄餡靚,兩個人分享剛剛好。

最後還有個炒飯,有點澱粉質才飽肚。炒飯應該是用隔夜飯做的,十分乾身,而且每粒飯也均勻地被蛋漿包著。配合瑤柱絲和其他不同配料,吃起來十分香口,鑊氣十足。

太古城有咩好食?我唸起王家沙,花樣年華齋係個名都夠哂氣派啦醉嘉美雞用酒瓶黎放住d雞幾有趣!唔好以為得面頭幾舊呀,入面仲有幾層雞份量都幾多 好怕d雞凍到飛起,呢度就適中 雞嫩又有雞味蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯清清甜甜,雞味慢慢滲出嚟加上足料!温泉蛋賽螃蟹賽螃蟹好難整得好食!滑滑溜再加上温泉蛋 真係冇得彈火腿蒜茸粉絲蒸娃娃菜黎到先知有個火係下面蒸住黎食,keep住熱蒜蓉粉絲本身已經好正,夾埋新鮮又大既娃娃菜 錦上添花招牌炒飯賽螃蟹一定要夾炒飯!所以嗌咗個招牌炒到粒分明 冇乜水份 再有菜粒,蝦,肉鬆 不錯總結,keep到個水準之餘 仲有驚喜!

今日去完朋友屋企,去了附近的商場吃晚飯。餐廳主打上海菜,裝修顏色都鮮艷,裝橫都頗具特色,食物選擇都幾多,店員服務都貼心。拼盤有五款,最愛是醉雞,皮滑肉實味香而肴肉頭尾晶凝通透,肉質紅潤鮮嫩。小籠包也皮算薄,肉汁豐富。招牌擔擔麵要了少辣,也是合我的口味,麵質夠爽,湯底夠熱,花生令味道十分香濃。韭黃炒鱔糊比例剛好,韭黃香口,而鱔糊爽口,不算太油膩,配白飯剛剛好。而鮮肉食餛飩則不過不失。原來想吃甜品,但太飽沒有吃。
