見到森美有食,來試下,舖頭周圍都貼上了攞獎的相。叫左幾個小菜,講特式又說不上,炒蜆係好食,芥末牛肉,炸豆腐,炸粟米等小菜正常,童年雞肉係嫩,但超肥。。價錢本身唔算貴,但除左童年雞係一隻,其他小菜份量係少,炸咕嚕肉收158,即刻想起平時去酒樓食小菜都係百零蚊但分量起碼多50%+,舊式茶餐廳環境,廁所環境差總結來說,以呢個價錢加上呢個份量,再加埋環境地點,絕對係唔抵食的,最後食咗個炸牛奶,本身以為會即新鮮炸上,後來先發現唔係,略有失望 continue reading

同學聚會黎左觀塘既 「彪哥海鮮菜館」,食左超多餐單無既菜,值得推薦俾大家。1)油浸筍殼魚 筍殼魚連埋鱗炸,魚皮脆口,魚肉嫩滑。加埋醬料真係好食到停唔到口。2)唔係魚香茄子煲 (超推薦)唔講你知,你一定認唔出佢係茄子。食完會自我懷疑,真係食緊茄子咩?茄子唔腥唔腥得黎唔油既?!真係超好食。外皮乾爽,食落完全唔知自己食緊茄子,加埋D料真係完全刷新左我對魚香茄子煲既概念。3)鹿舌小炒王 平時小炒王大家食得多啦。呢個厲害啦,裡面條肉竟然係鹿條俐,真係第一次食鹿俐,條俐唔騷得黎又唔韌。4)缽酒煮脆鱔 平時食鱔一般都好多骨架。呢個無骨得黎肉嫩皮又脆,個缽酒炒洋蔥又香甜,忍唔住又食左3舊。5)超大瀨尿蝦配花雕酒陳村粉 隻瀨尿蝦大就一定架啦,長過手臂真係少見,肉又唔散,一定超新鮮!重點係個花雕酒陳村粉超香。可惜人多,只係分到少少。6)八寶鴨 材料有蝦米,鹹蛋,冬菇,白果,紀子,栗子,百合,瑤柱。呢道菜製作繁複,拆骨塞料再復完隻鴨個外型,真係超難做。食料落口清甜,應該係百合同紀子既甜味。咁大隻鴨原本估佢會柴口啦,點知嫩滑得黎唔膩。7)炸鮮奶 拿!呢個甜品雖然唔係獨家,但係連爆炸糖食真係第一次。加芒果味就會變左芒果布甸,加榴槤味爆炸糖就會變左榴槤布甸。一個炸鮮奶三種口味,絕!呢餐飯真係非常滿足,埋單都係人頭600左右。值得推薦俾大家啦。 continue reading

提早慶祝母親節,睇電視台飲食節目,加上朋友介紹去試一試。餐廳地方唔算大,但清潔。服務員態度都友善良好。點了幾個推介的菜式,包括炒花生苗、砵酒桶蠔、星星蜆炒麵、炸鮮奶,都好味。炸鮮奶可以單隻叫,每隻$9,不錯,因為其他人唔食炸嘢,我都可以叫。另外叫了豉汁蟶子,當日$38隻,亦都煮得幾好味。唯獨沙嗲粉絲牛仔骨,這個不推介。飲品方面叫咗個生磨杏仁汁,有熱/凍/有糖/無糖選擇都好飲。今日用咗OpenRice app先訂位,我覺得呢個比較方便,如果唔係就要響出面排隊。 continue reading

朋友介紹我來這一間位於牛頭角的小廚菜館地方其貌不揚但的確夠小眾且有實力餐廳沒有精緻裝修非常人排檔特色餐牌都貼在牆上特別留意到他們有鹿肉的菜品好驚訝啊!香應該很少地方可以吃吧!所以我們都抱住獵奇心態點了個清湯鹿腩味道…像牛跟羊之間吧要是不告訴我是鹿肉我也分不出來呢當中廚師推薦的鐵板炒蜆也有點這個我最喜歡鐵板上還保留了天然海鹽的咸味朋友想吃魚腸蒸蛋我們便叫了一份有點苦並不是我杯茶反而「炸奶奶」— 即炸鮮奶我是很喜歡的!荷葉包鱔朋友亦讚不錯可惜我不吃有骨邊魚無緣品嚐椒鹽粟米則不過不失吃起來有一點點麻煩之後我們又點了蟶子,還有炒飯整體表現是可以的起碼夠小眾有特色下次想試一下百寶鴨這個要預訂不然師傅備不了貨 continue reading

每次嚟到一定要食八寶鴨,沒有糯米喺入邊,因為佢哋糯米飯已經攞獎,要分開食! 師傅話八寶鴨要整兩日,所以要預早order。朋友仔生日,我哋通常都去呢間,除咗小炒好味之外,生日果枱嘅客人佢哋會送壽桃包(訂枱時候預早講定)椒鹽粟米-爽甜粟米,加上避風塘脆脆,每次都要嗌1.5份!蜜糖欖角骨外脆內嫩,呢個都係每次要嗌1.5,唔係份量少,而係我哋每人都要食幾舊😌肉鬆蒸水蛋水漾嫩滑,豉油唔會過鹹,唔送飯都好味砵酒焗美國桶蠔得獎菜式,名不虛傳,脆皮邊,蠔身剛剛熟,沒有厚厚的炸粉,佢嘅汁一定要撈飯,好正!八寶鴨唔使多講,你一定會再encore肉鬆生菜包食得辣嘅一定要試佢個秘製辣汁!清炒花生苗加入咗冬菇同埋爽脆蒜心,味道超夾鐵板花甲王有種泰式風味,唔係成日有貨,大家遇到記得試啦炸鮮奶甜度剛好,加上日本3.7牛乳,見到勁多人買外賣飲酒梗係用戰鬥碗,爽! continue reading
