其實呢個食評我真係諗咗好耐寫唔寫,作為bakehouse多年顧客嘅我,以前真係好鍾意食bakehouse,但係最近真係覺得堂食嘅質素每況愈下 😵💫最近lunch食咗Cured Salmon Royale(2 Courses $138 + $15 = $153)1. 食物份量縮水上完菜真係俾佢個size嚇親,雖然張相睇落好大,但係其實佢只係普通方包大細,嘢食嘅份量真係俾以前細咗好多 😨恕我直言,$153真係好唔抵好懷念佢以前嘢食嘅質素 🥹附上2022年2月嚟食嘅Smoked Salmon Avocado Benedict ($158),份量真係大好多2. Menu 選擇少咗喺cafe最常見嘅Smoked Salmon Avocado Benedict冇咗 (雖然都已經冇咗好耐),選擇冇以前咁多,而且得噃啲比較特別(偏門)嘅選擇總括嚟講,我覺得佢pastry嘅水準依然唔錯,但係堂食就真係不了 🙅🏻♀️

酸種麵包係我早餐嘅主要食量,我時不時都周圍食吓。今日經過bakehouse 唔算多遊客排隊,就入去買咗個原味,同埋合桃無花果味。先嗰個原味,冇乜特別,冇酸味,對我嚟講唔夠酸。跟住個合桃無花果,比原味好少少,合桃同無花果比例都還可以,但係粒粒合桃都好’益’, 唔新鮮,好可惜,食唔到落去,成個要掉。所謂好嘅麵包店,每樣材料都要有要求,呢個絕對唔合格。 唯一我覺得好嘅,就係有自動切麵包機,塊塊都切得好平均,又快。另外個酸種蛋撻,又唔明點解咁多遊客排隊。以前唔使排隊食過一兩次,還好,但文華和而家越來越多地方都有。都係留返比佢哋派啦⋯⋯

第一次來到有堂食的灣仔分店與朋友午餐。二人分別點了各自的2 courses set lunch: 這廂daily soup及mushroom tartine, 那邊leafy green salad 同 spicy chicken burger。很快上菜,目測近處賣相穩勝一籌:不規則一長片蒜蓉法包隨意又優雅地置於忌廉湯碗之上,下方主角餐湯若隱若現;主菜多種籽酸種麵包鋪滿焗至軟身的雜菇,蘑菇們閃動著橄欖油的光澤,還襯托了置頂的水波蛋,整個tartine 甚是吸睛。而對面朋友的一套,沙律雖是新鮮,還不至於很wow,;辣雞漢堡雖有層次,目測雞肉炸得火候過頭了些。忌廉餐湯有驚喜,不是普通奶油的濃厚肥膩,而是吃到有質感又綿滑的類似豆蓉(plant based),這忌廉湯竟吃出清新感來。配合多籽酸種包、蘑菇和入饌的橄欖油,兩個courses多方統一:健康、質感、豐富、平衡。多籽酸種包一如平時外賣吃到的那樣,樸實堅韌。這與本港包、日本包等完全兩個概念,若一時吃不慣或許會覺得乾硬,表皮撒滿的種籽也毫無認知中的芝麻花生之類的香味,要適應了才曉得品味。酸種包有益,可常吃。此刻酸種包配合蘑菇和水波蛋同吃,不僅多了兩層香氣,口感、營養也隨之升級。食畢,埋單,發現已是午間搵食高峰期,堂食外賣兩邊均人頭湧湧。我倆食得快好世界。

琴日路過嗰間傳說中嘅 Bakehouse,見到門口排隊嘅人龍,唔知點解就跟住排埋一份。本嚟抱住好大期待,諗住試下嗰個出名嘅蛋撻究竟有幾好食,排咗差唔多成半個鐘先等到!一咬落個蛋撻,酥皮的確好鬆化,但蛋漿嘅味道就有啲令人失望。冇傳聞中嘅濃郁奶香同蛋香,反而有啲偏甜,食多兩口就覺得膩。個口感亦唔夠滑嫩,比起我以前食過嘅其他出色蛋撻,呢個真係差啲火候囉…🤥🤥除咗食物,店員嘅服務態度都好一般。唔似得其他餐廳咁熱情招待客人,佢哋面無表情,動作有啲慢吞吞,感覺好似唔想做嘢咁。我問佢哋有冇咩推介,都只係愛理不理咁隨便應兩句。總括嚟講,Bakehouse 呢間網紅店真係有啲名過其實😕為咗個蛋撻排隊半個鐘,最後換嚟嘅只係一般般嘅味道同唔太好嘅服務體驗,真係有啲唔抵..如果唔使排隊,可能我仲會考慮再嚟試下其他嘢,但依家咁嘅情況,除非佢哋有好大改善,否則我都唔會特登再嚟😢
