位於銅鑼灣金朝陽的「去滾」,以玩味港式火鍋結合老香港情懷,從霓虹燈招牌到仿報紙餐桌紙,處處是驚喜。餐廳裝修充滿心思,標語如「唔滾唔知身體好」「全城去滾,唔好再等」,「男人唔諗,女人唔狼」。佈置帶有懷舊而有趣的氣氛,還有設計成古時肚兜的圍裙和,仿照報紙分類小廣告的設計的餐墊,幽默吸睛,連空中平台維港景致也成為打卡位,懷舊與摩登碰撞得恰到好處。  原個椰子雞湯用整個椰青水倒入鍋中,加入半隻鮮雞熬煮,湯頭清澈甘甜,帶淡淡椰香。雞肉嫩滑不柴,雞皮薄爽,還有竹笙和馬蹄。煮完火鍋後湯底仍保留濃郁雞味,我們喝下了很多湯呢!手打蝦滑手打蝦滑真材實料,有粒粒蝦肉增加口感,十分彈牙,鮮味十足。黑松露餃和沙嗲牛肉洋蔥餃松露香氣撲鼻,大大隻蝦在內。沙嗲牛肉洋蔥餃惹味帶微辣,兩款皆獨特且水準高。  美國手切牛頸脊脂肪分布均勻,肉質柔嫩多汁,輕涮數秒即能嘗到濃郁牛肉香,必點。  爆爆珠仙草凍用類似火鍋的器皿裝着,非常特別!雜果爆爆珠仙草凍份量十足,仙草滑溜搭配爆爆珠和時令水果,清爽解膩,媲美專業甜品店! 豆沙芝麻球炸得鬆脆可口,很香的豆沙和芝麻。不甜不膩,是一個很好的甜點。此店從環境到食物均充滿心思,湯底出色、食材高質,加上打卡able的設計,性價比合理,值得「去滾」一試!   continue reading
