已經吃過很多次的811烤魚店,很早之前約了和朋友一聚,一早便已經提早訂座。這次的人比較多,點了兩個烤魚,一個辣一個微辣,照顧不能吃辣的朋友。另外還點了一個小菜。酸菜魚烤魚,選了微辣的口味,魚肉相當嫩滑厚實,每次都是為了烤魚才來這家店。酸菜烹調過後還是有明顯的酸味和爽脆口感話不會因為煮過了只剩下鹹味。另外一邊能吃辣的朋友,點了中辣的麻辣口味。不過沒有想像中那般辣,反而經過一段時間在後期感覺有點鹹。配料有豆卜、芫荽蔥、金針菇和芽菜等,沒有另外加配料份量已經很足夠了。另外點了一個泡椒炒牛肉,辣味和黑椒的酸度很平衡,萵筍爽脆增加了口感🤙🏻飲料方面選擇有很多,有朋友點了熱的果茶,另外我們分別選了三款不同牌子的啤酒,下單的時候才知道買一送一😆
