終於嚟到雄記美食,之前嚟咗幾次都摸門釘,今次終於入到嚟叫咗咖喱牛腩撈麵,本來係叫清湯腩嘅,點知隔離幾個人都食咖喱,落單時忍唔住叫店員幫我改咗做咖喱,呢度貼深度㗎呢度有得揀大中小辣,即係唔係做完一煲,就咁不上去個碗到咖喱好香,材料切到好細粒,牛腩炆到好林,薯仔入味,撈埋麵食,味道簡直一流,略嫌個汁比較稀,唔夠杰身蝦米煎腸粉加蛋:呢個煎到好香脆,微微朝香,隻蛋唔會煎到全熟,仲有啲蛋汁喺中間流出,開埋個腸粉食,真係好香,我仲忍唔住將啲腸粉墊埋落個咖喱汁度食,原來都好夾,唔怪得知佢有得叫咖喱牛腩腸粉最後今日賣晒腐竹糖水,店員推介冬瓜茶,唔算太甜,有冬瓜嘅甜味,解渴一流值得一題,正值午市去食,店員好忙,但係都好有禮貌,抹枱都好細心。

最後今日賣晒腐竹糖水,店員推介冬瓜茶,唔算太甜,有冬瓜嘅甜味,解渴一流

值得一題,正值午市去食,店員好忙,但係都好有禮貌,抹枱都好細心。

想去雄記食咖喱牛腩好耐,次次星期六想去食但因疫情無開。今日星期一去開灣仔做野終於食到,我下晏2:30去到餐廳都坐左成7成人,有d野食都賣晒,証明生意都唔錯。一入到去我點咗咖哩牛腩通心粉,因為之前見到雜誌介紹過咖哩牛腩通心粉同埋招牌煎腸粉都係出名嘅,但今日得我一個人所以食唔落煎腸粉。個咖哩牛腩通心粉可以選擇大中小辣,我揀咗中辣,嚟到聞到好香嘅咖哩味,通心粉嘅煙韌度適中,咖哩亦都好香幾好味,入面除咗牛腩之外仲有啲薯仔粒粒,牛腩方面我覺得中規中矩,但咖哩汁唔錯,我覺得中辣都算辣啦,下次我可能叫小辣都應該夠。之後我加咗十蚊叫咗一杯凍嘅腐竹糖水,味道好似好濃郁嘅豆漿,甜度適中都值得一飲。如果你哋經開灣仔又咁好彩佢開門嘅都可以試下,佢哋家庭式經營服務服務態度都好好,味道都唔錯。

想去雄記食咖喱牛腩好耐,次次星期六想去食但因疫情無開。今日星期一去開灣仔做野終於食到,我下晏2:30去到餐廳都坐左成7成人,有d野食都賣晒,証明生意都唔錯。

一入到去我點咗咖哩牛腩通心粉,因為之前見到雜誌介紹過咖哩牛腩通心粉同埋招牌煎腸粉都係出名嘅,但今日得我一個人所以食唔落煎腸粉。

個咖哩牛腩通心粉可以選擇大中小辣,我揀咗中辣,嚟到聞到好香嘅咖哩味,通心粉嘅煙韌度適中,咖哩亦都好香幾好味,入面除咗牛腩之外仲有啲薯仔粒粒,牛腩方面我覺得中規中矩,但咖哩汁唔錯,我覺得中辣都算辣啦,下次我可能叫小辣都應該夠。之後我加咗十蚊叫咗一杯凍嘅腐竹糖水,味道好似好濃郁嘅豆漿,甜度適中都值得一飲。

如果你哋經開灣仔又咁好彩佢開門嘅都可以試下,佢哋家庭式經營服務服務態度都好好,味道都唔錯。

呢間食肆,老闆比較有性格,不是日日開門營業,要到佢IG 睇下當日會不會開門才前往。今日遇到佢開門,由於一行3人,要等大約20分鐘才可入座,1人入座會比較快。一入到鋪頭,會見到好多figures, 有種比figures 包圍食嘢既感覺。點了2個牛雜撈麵及1個牛雜湯麵。牛雜每樣一件,牛肚多少少,但總分量比較少,一個女仔都食唔飽。如果好肚餓,可以叫多少少野食。牛雜煮得好淋,入口咬兩下就溶化,但味道不是太特別。
