潮式鹹菜豬肚湯一直係我哋好鍾意嘅湯品,佢依個湯已經煲到鹹菜出晒味,豬肚腍得嚟仲有少少咬口,我哋多人食就點大鍋,點餐時知道原來小人食嘅話可以點大碗份量就夠二人食啦,好似係大約半價左右。

到最後終於出場嘅就係餐牌都仲未有侍應推介嘅雞蛋焗魚腸,依度菜我細個成日食,但係因為被料麻煩而家好少菜館有得食啦,等咗咁耐佢焗到個表皮香脆,蛋香味濃郁之外,魚腸仲佔據佢三份兒位置,食起嚟佢冇咁油,但係甘香味十足,感覺上好似更加健康
