朋友想食潮州打冷,第一時間就會諗呢間,一嚟坐得幾舒服,二嚟食物質素有保證!每次必食嘅滷水鵝件,皮薄厚肉,肉質嫩滑入味,最鐘意佢個滷水汁濃郁甘甜,調味剛好,唔會死鹹,底下嘅大豆芽及花生吸曬啲滷水汁,真係好好味!點少少辣椒油就更惹味~豉汁蒸白鱔,份量十足,好大碟!白鱔超級新鮮,彈牙又肥美,配上豉汁真係好好味,送飯一流,好好味金黃色嘅椒鹽鮮,十分吸引😍外脆內裏彈牙,好香口,要趁熱食!是日老火燉湯,原盅蟲草花燉瘦肉湯!一打開個蓋已經聞到好香,火候十足,清甜滋補,唔油膩~最後,少不了一碗潮州白粥質素依然唔錯,下次可以再嚟食😋

6點推住BB車想幫襯,一嚟睇都未睇就同我講BB車唔入得然後先再叫我等一陣等左一陣都話BB車唔入得其實佢地係一見我有BB車就唔想招呼,因為阻左一個位BB又唔食嘢去到7點幾再經過見到都仲係好多位,即是根本唔歡迎父母帶BB入建議有小孩的請勿食呢間服務態度奇差。。

一家大細去食飯通常都係食中菜,唔想食大集團 今日就試下呢間「打冷」。一早打電話book左枱,所以唔洗等位。我哋食個日係平日夜晚黎,但都見有幾枱客係門口等位,要齊人先入得,大家記得留意返。服務員態度都好有禮貌。不過唔知係佢冷氣壞左,定真係唔多冷氣,就算有幾部風機,都仲係好熱,希望可以整下個冷氣啦。入正題,食物質素真係唔錯,我哋叫左8樣野,全部都好正宗好好食。蠔餅外脆內軟;鹵水嘢(我哋食咗豆腐、鵝片、墨魚)全部都好入味,味道啱啱好,香得嚟唔會太鹹;糖醋麵即叫即整夠晒脆;菜譜煎蛋好有細個嘅味道;韭菜豬紅整得好好;牛肉炒芥蘭d牛肉好腍;咕嚕肉就算有汁都食得出好有肉味。以呢個價錢呢個質素真係唔錯,但如果可以加錢加大就更加好,因為太好食,成家食嘅話就唔夠食。期待下次encore!

一早打電話book左枱,所以唔洗等位。我哋食個日係平日夜晚黎,但都見有幾枱客係門口等位,要齊人先入得,大家記得留意返。服務員態度都好有禮貌。不過唔知係佢冷氣壞左,定真係唔多冷氣,就算有幾部風機,都仲係好熱,希望可以整下個冷氣啦。

入正題,食物質素真係唔錯,我哋叫左8樣野,全部都好正宗好好食。蠔餅外脆內軟;鹵水嘢(我哋食咗豆腐、鵝片、墨魚)全部都好入味,味道啱啱好,香得嚟唔會太鹹;糖醋麵即叫即整夠晒脆;菜譜煎蛋好有細個嘅味道;韭菜豬紅整得好好;牛肉炒芥蘭d牛肉好腍;咕嚕肉就算有汁都食得出好有肉味。以呢個價錢呢個質素真係唔錯,但如果可以加錢加大就更加好,因為太好食,成家食嘅話就唔夠食。期待下次encore!

整餐出品質素不俗,環境整潔招呼亦算到位,收費屬中檔定位大部份菜式都是幾十到百多元有交易,海鮮則要看當天價格,一分錢一分貨還算合理,最重點還是那股傳統的潮州風味!據資料所示原來近期還有宵夜優惠,每逢星期日至四晚上9 點後全單都會打九折,下次趁宵夜時段再來Encore下先。
