今晚有嘢買,去咗銅鑼灣順便喺鵝頸橋附近食飯,見到間滷水潮林園滷味大王,間店舖內位唔係好多,而且仲似茶餐廳,大家都有啲肚餓所以叫咗兩碟碟頭飯1) 獅頭鵝片飯鵝肉滷得入味,滷水香氣濃郁卻不偏鹹,滷水芳香,提升鵝肉鮮美。加上鵝肉原味實在,而且肥瘦適中,膏脂不肥膩,軟腍中帶質感。豆腐墊在鵝肉底,吸收了鵝汁滷水精華,份外好食。2) 沙薑雞飯沙薑雞雞肉清爽幼滑,肉質細嫩可口,食而不膩。3) 潮州春菜潮州春菜,與半肥瘦腩肉以慢火炆成,腩肉的油香都吸進春菜中。春菜味道有點像芥蘭,既有菜心的清甜之氣,又有芥菜辛苦之味,也是吸油、吸味高手,故與肥膩嘅豬腩肉非常匹配,而且味道濃郁,非常下飯。 continue reading

放工嚟到呢間街坊小店,真係有啲驚喜。叫咗三樣嘢食:沙薑雞飯、鵝肉飯同埋韭菜豬紅,每樣嘢食都好有水準😎沙薑雞飯🐔✨雞肉份量勁多,肉質幾滑,熟度剛剛好,淡淡沙薑香,唔會搶味,再加埋蔥油真係絕配!✨下面有滷水豆腐鋪底,滿滿滷水味,豆腐水潤嫩滑✨配埋潮州酸菜,夠晒解膩!鵝肉飯✨嚟潮州鋪當然要食滷水鵝!鵝肉肥瘦適中,肉質嫩滑,啖啖都充滿肉香,配埋個醋,一酸一鹹,非常惹味✨鋪底同樣有豆腐同酸菜✨飯嘅份量好多,多到食唔晒。韭菜豬紅✨韭菜新鮮爽脆,豬紅夠滑夠香,冇腥味,老闆話係招牌菜!.總括嚟講,呢餐真係物超所值,食得開心又滿足,下次一定會再嚟,順便試埋佢其他招牌菜! continue reading

去到潮洲滷水舖你會諗到食乜?滷水腩肉,豬大腸,鵝腎,鵝肝,滷水蛋,豬肚,豬耳,紅腸,墨魚,豬頸肉,好多好多,但一次過可以食得晒咁多嗎?都可以嘅,因為有啲大小唔同嘅拼盤,但呢度啲嘢唔貴,可以一次試啲啲,來多幾次啦就可以食晒咁多様。咁呢日吃咗啲咩?睇吓:鵝片飯、鵝肉飯作為主食唔少得,再來個小食雙拼,有我至鍾意的“鵝腸”同埋“墨魚”,仲有一大份美味可口的“韭菜豬紅”,店家仲送咗两個靚湯 ---青,紅蘿卜豬骨湯。鵝片飯,滷水够入味,味道香濃,仲有滷水豆腐,都好好味,令人好有胃口;鵝肉飯够厚肉,亦入晒味,同様哋有好味的鹵水豆腐💗鵝腸營養豐富,脂肪含量低,不飽和脂肪酸含量高,對人體健康十分有利,唔怕食過量。鵝腸口感爽脆、味道爽脆甘香,至於墨魚更是不遑多讓,味道口感皆是一流滷水好入味,多種香料豐腴香氣,嫩滑又有咬口,同様墨魚含豐富蛋白質,低熱量及脂肪,肉質厚彈,食多少少也不怕👍 continue reading
