連續幾天假期,節目都不外乎食、食、食。 假期第一餐,就由番茄麵開始,好耐冇去樓下冰室食嘢,非常掛住佢嘅瑞士汁雞脾,所以叫咗個套餐有齊蕃茄湯公仔麵、瑞士汁雞脾、配炒滑蛋,再加多杯鴛鴦走。個麵一貫味道,幾好味;瑞士汁雞脾都好味,不過似乎醃耐啲更好;但今餐最敗筆就係杯鴛鴦走,冇啡味冇茶味亦冇煉奶味,唔知飲緊乜。 做冰室連水吧嘅質素都控制唔到,似乎冇咗 “冰室” 嘅精神! 另,似乎用好多味精,之後下半晝口渴到不得了!!

今日過太古城商場行街前,就去樓下冰室食個午餐先,鰂魚涌A出口對面,過條馬路就到。瑞士汁雞髀 + 炸薯角 $47其實都食過幾次,雞髀是必點,因為瑞士汁做得非常出色,甜甜的,肉質嫩滑Juicy ,基本上每枱都會有人食,雞髀定雞翼按自己喜歡,薯角用心做呀,炸得熱熱脆脆。如肚餓薯角轉食蕃茄蛋湯通粉或公仔麵餐,一樣勁出色個蕃茄湯。咖哩牛腩飯 $66見餐牌寫金牌咖哩牛腩飯👍咁當然要試試佢,沒有失望,我比較重口味所以加了小許鹽調味變得更加出色,牛腩炆得鬆軟連同咖喱汁配飯,好味

我就比較鐘意食蕃茄類嘅湯麵,經過鰂魚涌呢間「樓下冰室」見到門口餐牌,寫住好多蕃茄濃湯嘜嘜嘜嘜。就入左去試!!!叫左個:🍅蕃茄濃湯公仔麵配牛乳炒蛋再加多個瑞士雞髀🤤(佢有其他選擇:瑞士雞髀/瑞士雞翼/或者豬扒)$60蕃茄濃湯好足料,本身餐牌係通粉,但可以轉做公仔麵、米線等等個湯有滿滿的蕃茄蓉🤤味道非常濃郁,重有蕃茄肉,好有口感!加埋牛乳炒蛋喺入面,成件事真係好襯❤️瑞士雞脾又脹卜卜,大大隻,好入味😋

Went to this Cha Chaan Teng in Quarry Bay with my family and uncle for afternoon tea. .I ordered the Tomato Spicy Shredded Chicken Rice Noodles in Soup Tea Set. The tomato soup base was rich and robust, so tomato lover should love it. The rice noodles was on the thicker side, yet it was still a bit hard. The chicken tasted slightly chilly, but the texture was a bit coarse. .Adorned in old Hong Kong-style decorations, the Cha Chaan Teng looks nostalgic and exuded a vintage atmosphere. The price was a bit pricey for a tea set.
