棋子燒鵝係唔同嘅旺區都有分店，地點都算幾方便！佢哋嘅燒鵝出名好食又有水準！我哋今日喺尖沙咀加拿分道嘅分店叫咗個2人套餐 $248- 當然有主角棋子燒鵝，燒鵝肥瘦適中，肉厚皮脆，而且肉質鮮味，好Juicy- 單拼燒味例牌，我哋就揀咗油雞，油雞脾大大隻，而且一啲都唔肥,雞肉又夠嫩滑！- 油菜1碟- 我哋配咗白飯+米粉- 老火湯同飲品整體成個餐非常抵食，有肉有菜有飯同飲品都只係200幾蚊！絕對係性價比好高嘅港式燒味茶餐廳！

今日去尖沙咀做嘢，專登諗住去呢間棋子燒臘食個午餐。見到價錢略貴；但聽聞幾好食，總要一試。我叫咗個切雞飯，俾咗雞髀肉，件數都算多，加上多薑蓉；絕對物超所值。拍檔叫咗燒鵝煎蛋飯，燒鵝果然有料到；嗰兩隻蛋煎得好靚，群邊啱啱好；蛋汁撈飯一流。埋單兩個人140幾蚊。貴啲都值。

朋友想食燒味，第一時間就諗起棋子燒鵝。我們選擇了二人套餐，其份量充足，有主打燒鵝，另外一款燒味可以自選，而且性價比高。棋子燒鵝鵝肉彈牙，鮮嫩可口，外皮金黃酥脆。鵝肉的脂肪與瘦肉比例恰到好處，既不油膩又令人垂涎。脆皮燒腩仔燒腩仔的外層酥脆，咬下去時發出清脆的聲音，讓人一口接一口。郊外油菜菜芯鮮嫩爽脆，毫無苦澀的味道。另外點了白飯和瀨粉，朋友在瀨粉上淋上燒鵝汁，味道絕佳，令人驚喜。老火靚湯餐湯味道濃郁，飲完十分滿足。
