刺身壽司: 材料一般,不算高質,亦都唔覺得很新鮮。 壽司有很多Wasabi,遮蓋咗魚嘅味道。沒有一道特別驚喜。

師傅:很少和客人交流。遞上壽司和食物嘅時候亦都冇乜解釋。感覺不是很細心。 有一台顧客要求走Wasabi,師傅竟然忘記咗。

服務員:嘗試講解食物。可惜說話不太清晰,不是聽得很清楚。會參與隔籬枱嘅顧客嘅談話並說笑。 顧客出入都有禮貌招呼。

環境:座位舒適闊落。亦都幾乾淨。加上柔和嘅音樂。本來營造嘅環境應該幾清靜。可惜遇遇着一些客大聲談話,令到餐廳不太寧靜,感覺不太舒服。

價錢:埋單要$1500。呢個價錢喺其他地方應該食到更好質素同服務。午餐嚟講都算幾貴。

中環九如坊有一間隱世omakase,座位大概10個,地舖位置方便可以容易搵到。menu 揀咗zakisuke,有四款sashimi, 煮物,燒物,七款 sushi ,甜品等。頭盤係松葉蟹加靜岡縣 小番茄,蟹肉係師傅人手拆骨,啖啖肉。伊勢海老sashimi + 海老頭膏係上面,日本赤水生蠔好脆口,鰹魚 sashimi 配生洋蔥嘅配搭幾新鮮。燒鮎魚配香水檸檬,燒到金黃色魚味濃郁。Sushi 包括日本賴尿蝦,北寄貝,非常脆口。北寄貝大大塊連飯都睇唔到。伊豆金目鯛sushi油份多,口感充足。中toro 當然唔少得。最後海膽手卷好夠甜。甜品有驚喜,從來少食香蕉,有個香蕉加chocolate mouse,上凍下暖,2分鐘內食晒。
