位於灣仔軒尼詩道的「天龍燒鵝」,係一間頗有名氣的港式燒鵝店,亦係由米芝蓮2星中餐廳燒味部主廚創業的,餐廳全日不停燒製乳豬及燒鵝,保證新鮮製作一人套餐-燒鵝乳豬飯精選一人套餐包括客飯、油菜、小食、白飯及老火湯一碗。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,肥美厚肉,齒頰留香!乳豬香脆可口,脂肪感重,肉質軟嫩,勁好食海蜇麻辣手撕雞飯手撕雞已經去皮去骨,啖啖肉,帶微微麻辣🌶️當中加咗海蜇及青瓜絲,入口清新,增添爽脆口感,幾好食凍檸檬茶冰凍可口,酸酸甜甜的檸檬茶,去脂解膩

天龍燒鵝.灣仔隱世燒味王者!「天龍燒鵝」絕對係近期「食過返尋味」嘅神級燒味店!——燒鵝油光閃閃似琥珀,乳豬皮脆到「咔嚓」聲連碗免費老火湯都落足料,飲完成個人「暖粒粒」凍飲先行:熱辣辣衝入舖頭,第一件事緊係嗌凍檸茶同凍奶茶鎮一鎮魂先!佢哋杯凍檸茶真係冇得輸,檸檬新鮮到連皮都冇苦澀味,茶底夠濃又唔澀,仲要唔會甜到漏;至於凍奶茶呢,茶香同奶滑比例堪稱完美,嗰種傳統手勢,好香港,好地道!重頭戲:燒鵝拼乳豬套餐主角登場!燒鵝拼乳豬飯一上枱,個賣相已經贏晒:燒鵝皮泛住層蜜糖光,肉汁慢慢滲出嚟;乳豬皮金黃到好似打咗燈,仲要係「立立靚」嗰種!急不及待夾件乳豬,一咬落去——哇!個皮脆到似食緊薯片,但下面層脂肪完全唔膩,仲有陣淡淡香料味。燒鵝就更誇張,皮脆肉嫩唔在講,最正係啖啖肉都滲住鵝油香,連平時嫌鵝肉「嚡口」嘅朋友都搶住食!跟餐嘅蓮藕蘿蔔老火湯絕對唔係「洗鍋水」,飲得出至少煲足三四個鐘,蓮藕夠粉、蘿蔔清甜,仲有粒粒豬骨肉喺底,我直頭飲到見碗底!至於碟涼拌青瓜醃得爽脆入味,油菜淋咗少少豉油吊味,簡單但夠新鮮,成個套餐由頭到尾都冇伏位。意外驚喜:梅菜扣肉飯我朋友好中意食呢道菜,見佢一直誠意推介今次專誠食一次!梅菜扣肉飯香到飄出嚟,忍唔住加單!上枱即刻明點解咁香——五花肉切到薄薄哋,肥瘦層次分明,梅菜油潤得嚟帶甜香,沒有肥膩感最厲害係啲肉真係「一夾就散」,入口即刻化開,可能係坊間最好食的梅菜扣肉飯!難怪連平時怕肥嘅OL朋友客都成日翻嗌。講真,此店燒鵝同乳豬絕對拍得住名牌名店,但價錢親民,我諗唔到理由唔encore!

Heard how good their roast goose was from a friend visiting HK.My first visit was to their other shop also in WanChai which I found so-so, hence, no review.Found out they have another shop between CWB and WanChai so decided to give it another go.The roast goose was so good, absolutely yummy, crispy skin, juicy meat, and most important, without that thick layer of fats beneath the skin like many other shops. Roast to perfection!!BBQ ribs, ribs with charsiu sauce, oh so good. Roast pork, no complains, not bad, no wow factor either.Will be back to try the suckling pig, braised pork belly with fermented veg (heard it's good) next
