今天來了這間生煎包專門店吃生煎包一時多,在猛烈太陽底下,站着排隊等位,幸好不算太久,十多分鐘就輪到我們了。店舖不大,都是拼桌,吃完就走。掃二維嗎點餐,瀨尿蝦已售罄,小籠包亦是。點了蟹黄生煎包(兩隻)招牌生煎包(兩隻)招牌炸豬排菜飯+生煎包(\隻)配凍豆漿。太多人叫生煎包,催促許久仍在煎中,豆漿也是叫了幾次才送上。不久,豬排菜飯到了,但送的生煎包就沒有來,到最後,還忘記了,催促了N次才補上,但就暖和的第二次下單,點了涼拌麻醬青瓜雞絲粉皮,十分失望粉皮吃不下去,埋單走人整體來說,這店的生煎包是不錯,但未致絕驚艷,遺憾未能吃到瀨尿蝦生煎包,估計可能是因為價錢便宜,生煎包味道不錯,才會這麼多人光顧。至於其他的菜色不如我過往光顧過的上海店好吃,菜飯一般,雞絲粉皮不正宗,也不好吃,不推薦到生煎包專門店,主要就是來吃生煎包就是。 continue reading

今日同屋企人一齊嚟咗旺角行街,之後就去「劉興記生煎包專門店」醫肚,我地最鐘意佢嘅生煎包同上海小籠包。首先講下環境,鋪頭唔算好大,但坐得都幾舒服,乾淨企理。我哋叫咗幾款嘢食,第一樣一定要試嘅就係「蟹黃生煎包(2隻)」。包底煎到脆卜卜,入口有陣陣焦香,包皮厚薄適中,唔會太厚令人成膩。最正係入面嘅餡料,肉餡混合咗蟹黃,鮮味提升咗幾個層次。咬開一口,肉汁同蟹黃香味即刻爆出嚟,啖啖都有蟹黃嘅鹹香。「原味上海小籠包(4隻)」小籠包個皮薄得嚟又夠韌,唔會一夾就穿,入面啲湯汁超多又清甜,肉餡唔會太肥膩。記住食嘅時候要小心啲,唔好一次過咬爆,否則啲湯會流晒出嚟😅肉餡鮮甜,好滋味。另外我哋仲點咗「招牌炸雞扒湯麵+生煎包(1隻)配凍豆漿」。炸雞扒真係幾大件,外皮炸得香脆,肉質嫩滑,唔會乾柴。湯麵個湯底清甜,麵條煙韌彈牙,配埋一隻生煎包,真係好滿足。凍豆漿都唔錯,唔會太甜,飲落好順喉。佢地食物好有水準,好滿足,加埋堂食免費豆漿任飲,所以我地用餐期間,見佢不停爆場。 continue reading

生煎包同小籠包係上海經典小食,講究爆汁同熱辣辣,今次又去劉興記食,一再回味美味!生煎包皮薄,一口咬落去,爆汁依舊,肉餡有肉香,包底脆脆的,上桌是暖的,味道不錯小籠包皮薄、肉嫩、汁多、味鮮,湯汁滿瀉!健康ge豆䊢仲要免費添飲,正到庳!雞湯小雲吞雲吞皮薄,入口滑順,以清淡鮮美見長。豬肉餡料緊實。湯頭清甜,帶有濃郁的雞肉鮮味如蟬翼,包裹著細小的肉餡,整體食落輕盈又滿足!麻醬青瓜絲手撕雞絲粉皮係夏日消暑小菜,相當醒胃! continue reading

🥢早幾日收工同男友又去左通菜街搵野食。因為晏晝我哋響公司都有同事請食下午茶,所以覺得好飽,見到呢間劉興記,菜式都幾清淡就同入去坐左左。🥢我哋叫咗幾款一齊分黎食。雞湯小雲吞有18粒配一個生煎包,$54;一個高湯上海麵,$20;四隻上海小籠包,$40。🥢個生煎包超正,真係爆曬汁,入面啲肉都好鮮味,再嚟食都一定要試😋。🥢小雲吞就一般般,皮都算薄。🥢上海麵煮得唔錯,都夠腍同彈牙。🥢小籠包正,夠大粒,入面都係肉嫩多汁。🥛原來呢度嘅豆漿係可以任飲,一啲都唔甜,自家製嘅豆漿超正,我飲咗好幾杯😋 continue reading
