超過十年沒有來龍華酒家了吧以前有親戚回港 都會來這裡聚餐今次難得地吃了一回中菜招牌的紅燈籠迴廊及「龍華酒店」燈牌皆懷舊味十足它的menu很有趣 像是一本簡單的酒家歷史書脆皮燒乳鴿龍華=乳鴿🙈我們選了最基本的紅燒乳鴿新鮮炸起的乳鴿不用任何調味已經十分美味一行人就這樣默默地吃著乳鴿沒有說話🤣乳鴿沒有羶味 油汁剛好 不會過度油膩馳名沙田滑雞粥這道也相當有名呢不過和乳鴿相比就有點失色了雞粥綿滑 添加了薑絲 不過雞塊約嫌略少新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉即叫即整的咕嚕肉入口還熱辣辣 炸粉剛好 菠蘿也很甜一塊接著一塊 超適合下飯!順德海皇雜菜煲有各樣蔬菜 魷魚 蝦仁 帶子吃一下蔬菜平衡一下不過豆腐花售光了((是我最想食的東西呢想試記得預先訂購

超過十年沒有來龍華酒家了吧
以前有親戚回港 都會來這裡聚餐
今次難得地吃了一回中菜
招牌的紅燈籠迴廊及「龍華酒店」燈牌皆懷舊味十足
它的menu很有趣 像是一本簡單的酒家歷史書
脆皮燒乳鴿
龍華=乳鴿🙈
我們選了最基本的紅燒乳鴿
新鮮炸起的乳鴿不用任何調味已經十分美味
一行人就這樣默默地吃著乳鴿沒有說話🤣
乳鴿沒有羶味 油汁剛好 不會過度油膩
馳名沙田滑雞粥
這道也相當有名呢
不過和乳鴿相比就有點失色了
雞粥綿滑 添加了薑絲 不過雞塊約嫌略少
新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉
即叫即整的咕嚕肉入口還熱辣辣
炸粉剛好 菠蘿也很甜
一塊接著一塊 超適合下飯!
順德海皇雜菜煲
有各樣蔬菜 魷魚 蝦仁 帶子
吃一下蔬菜平衡一下
不過豆腐花售光了

星期六的晚上,客人多以一家大小為主,其次是三五成群,甚至有幾對情侶專程來食乳鴿,可見到龍華食乳鴿彷彿已是必然的事,不過對我而言, 除了美味的乳鴿外,門口那隻精靈趣緻的白色鸚鵡, 以及員工親切的服務態度,也是我再次到訪的主要原因。

由沙田搭火車到去火炭,成日會睇到龍華大大嘅招牌,燒乳鴿算係佢地嘅招牌菜。我地都成為咗龍華嘅回頭客,今日就介紹下佢地嘅燒乳鴿龍華脆皮燒乳鴿 $108/1隻我地試過嗌斬件同原隻上,原隻會保留到多d肉汁,但係會好燙手,食起黎就要俾多d耐性,斬開一件件就會易食d,但個人鍾意原隻上。乳鴿嘅皮燒得香口,少少脆,偏煙韌多汁,唔算非常脆嘅type。而肉身無論係鴿脾定鴿胸,都係嫩滑嘅,不會鞋,呢個就係我超鍾意食乳鴿嘅原因,基本正正常常整出黎都會又嫩又滑。價錢方面我會覺得少貴,但係香港地想坐低食隻好食嘅燒乳鴿算係咁。地方較隔攝,不過有google map都冇難度其他餸菜都係普通中式嘅味道啦😬不過服務就麻麻啦,等位入庭嗌野食都十問九唔應架。

聞說龍華酒店的燒乳鴿頗出名,餐廳亦很有特色,便與家人來嚐嚐。餐廳的地點不接近沙田港鐵站,至少需要步行十分鐘。先迎接我們的是在兩旁掛滿紅燈籠的走廊,沿途還有懷舊小食店,雀籠,和歷史館,充滿著七八十年代的懷舊風格呢。其實來之前有做過功課,見評語好壞參半,所以也沒有太大期望。我們點的套餐都包了比較馳名的燒乳鴿,滑雞粥,以及一些小菜和花膠湯。燒乳鴿的肉也不錯,很香口,皮也頗脆的。滑雞粥的米也是綿綿的,也有數舊滑雞在內,口味一般吧。花膠湯雖然不是用了上等的材料,但用料是豐富的,而且很好喝。紅燒豆腐和粟米斑塊的味道是可接受的,但水準比起一般酒店似乎有差。我們另外點了一桶豆腐花,配了桂花糖漿,這個配搭不錯,把清淡的豆腐變得甜絲絲的。
