餐廳:蟹仙海鮮蒸碢大公館地點:銅鑼灣謝斐道(入口喺地下,之後要行樓梯上去)菜式:蒸海鮮餐牌:呢度餐牌有多款海鮮套餐,包唔同種類數量海鮮,價錢當然唔同,另加一同其他雜費。星期五,六,日同公衆假期及前夕每位要加$28,粥底同醬油費每位加$15。餐牌仲有拼盤,小食,追加配料,飲品,酒類。醬料有蒜蓉,蔥花,辣椒,炸蒜同豉油。我地揀左入門既尊貴海鮮套餐,包10款野食。每位$449。罕有藻食綠膏蟹/野生膏仔蟹奄仔蟹係呢度主打,真係超多膏,由泰國入口,蟹膏好滑又香,肉質鮮甜,無泥味,都有唔少肉食。太平洋饅頭蟹/韓國釜山野生鰻魚2選1我地都揀左鰻魚,面頭加上薑絲,下底墊有生菜,食落塊皮同肉都好彈牙,得微微骨頭,可以配豉油同日式芥末食。野生琵琶龍蝦/澳洲青年龍蝦2選1我地每隻各一。青年龍蝦就大隻d,膏多d,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜。琵琶龍蝦就無乜膏,不過肉質都係彈牙鮮甜。最鍾意龍蝦!秘製原隻南非乾鮑乾鮑暖暖地即刻食得,有咬口,味道唔會太鹹。伴有冬菇一件。蟶子今日無大西洋野生青口,變左蟶子,肉質爽口唔韌,好鮮甜,我地自己加左蒜蓉調味。加拿大野生海虎蝦蝦頭有汁,都鮮味。韓國釜山蠔超大隻,蒸熟左之後都仲好大隻,好鮮味而唔
