𖤐ˊ˗上網看到這兩間麵包店挺出名,BAMU在附近,Goat就需要走30分鐘才到,位置挺偏僻,應該是新開分店,不用排隊,室內不大,裝潢簡單,麵包很精緻!只能外賣,但附近沒地方可以享用。。゚・𖥸──────-ˋˏ 𝓜𝓮𝓷𝓾 ˎˊ-──────𖥸 。゚・✎. 奶酪花杯子 MOP38賣相一流,外型巨大,兩個人分享就剛好,以羊角包配流心芝士醬,外皮包裹著誘人焦糖。外層酥脆,入口芝士味濃,餡料澎湃到爆漿,所以會吃得挺狼狽!

呢間之前社交平台熱爆嘅bakery今次去左高士德分店 唔使排隊好多款都齊 樣樣都勁吸引勁想食🤤特別係個d花杯子 不過勁大件 實在太飽🥲所以今次只係試左日本蘭王葡撻 ($12)好酥脆 色澤偏橙 真係用蘭王蛋有蛋香 同埋唔係好甜 值得一試下次一定要食花杯子!😠

試左Goat Bakers嘅蘭王酥皮葡撻酥皮好多層又好重牛油香,佢哋用咗蘭王嘅雞蛋。覺得酥皮很好吃,餡就傳統的比較好食。唔飲咖啡嘅我,嘗試咗青蘋果咖啡TONIC,我就麻麻地了🙈不過老公好似話OK 正常本身淨係試呢兩樣,不過離開澳門之前又心心念念好想試奶酪花杯子(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)因為實在太多人推。所以最後都買咗一隻原味奶酪花杯子,外帶返屋企!! 當晚都太飽食唔落,放咗喺雪櫃。第二日用氣炸180度4分鐘翻熱! 天呀(。・ω・。)好好味丫!酥皮一如既往嘅出色,奶酪濃厚而不膩,唔會太甜太鹹,底下部分有蛋糕定唔知麵包質地。好正呀喂!下次再食(*¯︶¯*)

I tried their signature cheese flower cup this time, there was only one left when I was there!! We were so lucky!!! It turned out to be as big as my fist🥹🥹The cheese inside was so smooth and it was soft centered!! So be careful if you are eating it right away! Tho it wasn’t straight out from the oven when I bought it, the skin was still crispy! Their egg tart were made with 蘭王eggs from Japan, we were so full when we get there, what a pity😭so we just tried the cheese flower cup. But I will definitely come back next time to try out their egg tart next time😫
