次次嚟到澳門都想返嚟食,佢個廚師炒蜆真係好好食,今次星期六晚去到,真係full House,大家記得要預先訂位,最推介都係廚師炒蜆,幾乎每台都有點,佢個汁真係無敵好食,又濃厚又惹味,點包食一流,仲有好大碟,真係兩個人未必食得晒,另外嗌咗個八爪魚沙律同埋馬介休球,冇咩特別,沙律比較酸同埋多橄欖洋蔥。嘢飲嗌咗white sangria,幾好飲!因為所有食物份量都好大,我哋兩個人食到好飽好飽。廚師炒蜆真係好好食!馬介休球八爪魚沙律,個汁係醋汁,比較酸同埋多洋蔥同橄欖,仲有少少生菜坐室外個環境都好好,好有氣氛,而家又唔算太熱太凍,溫度啱啱好!OpenRice令我俾唔到五星好評,只能比一般,冇辦法~

見到呢度comment幾好,一直都未試過,所以今次去咗。叫咗蜆,蒜蓉包,沙甸魚,牛肋骨,仲有馬介休球。先講咗好食嘅:-蜆加蒜蓉包👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻蜆夠多汁,惹味,蒜蓉包脆身味濃,點蜆汁一流。中規中矩:-沙甸魚,冇乜特別。不推介:-燒全條牛肋條 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻,梳打粉牛肉,非常失望,可以不叫。-馬介休球,魚肉不多,好像薯仔球。環境OK,有氣氛。

在一個平日的日子去到這個餐廳,沒有很多人,很快就可以入座,但是~~非常失望。1 已經不是客滿,上菜時間極慢,每一盤端上來的時候已經是和暖。2 味道偏鹹,可以說是重口味。3 要求一個小小的牙籤,重複又重複問不同的人才拿得到。請問為什麼會推薦這一間?👎👎👎在澳門要吃好的葡國菜真的很容易,隨便說海灣已經被它好得多,如果要特別一點可以去海軍俱樂部,容易入口一點可以去佛笑樓,正宗啲可以去舊葡京嘅葡國餐廳。一定不是這間🥶🥶🥶

Consistently good quality food and friendly service. It’s becoming harder and harder to find quality cooking and fair prices in Macau for Macanese/ Portugese cuisine.Miramar has had always been a special meal for us when we visit regularly from Hong Kong.The caldo verde spinach soup, clams in white wine, crispy skinned pork, garlic bread, garlic prawns, cod fish balls, tripe with chorizo stew and curry crab really hit the spot.Reservations are a must. And request to sit outside to enjoy the sea breezes. don’t like the and dreadful tv inside the aircon dining room and I think the toilets need to be made more attractive and hygienic.

For our final night on the island before heading home to GZ, the girlfriend fancies a western meal with beach front views. Jokes on her because by the time we got to Miramar it is pitch black and no beach views except the soft melodic sound of gentle waves. But, more jokes on her, because once we sat down, the decibel levels from other patrons pretty much drowned out whatever sound the melodic waves made. We were seated immediately and service was quick & efficient. The girlfriend ordered chef’s style clams & garlic shrimp, both were sauce heavy dishes. My only suggestion was no carbs. The dishes were delicious, with the chef’s clams being larger portion than expected. The garlic shrimp’s portion was consistent with what we are used to.
