當奧豐素1890與Versace聯手，打造奢華意大利美食與時尚盛宴星期日晚，我在澳門Palazzo Versace酒店三樓的當奧豐素1890體驗視覺與味覺的fine dining 🍾餐廳由主廚Federico Pucci掌舵，堅持「農場到餐桌」理念，選用意大利索倫托半島Le Peracciole農場的新鮮食材，如聖馬札諾番茄和諾拉貝爾斯橄欖油，呈現正宗南意大利風味👨🍳餐廳裝潢融合Versace奢華風格，配以訂製家具和華美餐具，空間寬敞，燈光柔和🕯️手工水磨石地板鋪有花卉圖案，牆上掛滿Versace宮殿風格畫作，搭配Rosenthal與Versace聯乘的「夢迴東方」餐具，華麗優雅，彷彿置身意大利宮廷🎖️當晚我品嘗了多道精緻菜餚🍴餐前麵包柔韌香氣濃郁，搭配自家製初榨橄欖油和紅酒醋，令人回味👍首先是三款前菜🍢配搭創新，食材新鮮，擺盤精美🌸牛仔肉軟嫩多汁，醬汁濃郁 🐮烤魚與蕃茄結合，清新濃香兼備，風味獨特🍅主菜是手工意大利麵配紅蝦及小蕃茄，展現南意經典美味🍝甜品檸檬雪葩酸甜清爽，完美收尾💫餐後還有朱古力球與馬卡龍佐咖啡，令人滿足🤗當奧豐素1890榮獲米之蓮推薦、金梧桐中國餐廳指南二星、福布斯五星餐廳等殊榮，是澳門高端意大利餐飲代表🏆其融合Versace奢華設計與地道南意美食，展現意式生活的品味與藝術氣息，是一次難忘的美食之旅🥇

一直有聽過呢間餐廳但係未試過，終於同朋友一齊嚟試佢位於上葡京嘅Versace酒店裏面,所以佢哋所有餐具都係Versace Asia dream系列食咗佢嘅套餐。 整體 感覺非常良好，服務也優，我有問過佢哋有冇米芝蓮，佢哋話因為係新開所以仲做緊評級，希望佢下一年可以能夠成為米芝蓮嘅一員。基本上服務態度同埋食物質素我有信心一定可以。九百多元嘅套餐， 有魚子醬（份量不少)，有龍蝦， 有吞拿魚他他， 有黑毛豬， 清口的哪個雪葩也爽口， 唯一要彈一下嘅就係杯cappuccino唔夠熱除咗食物之外，麵包也非常之好佢哋嘅油醋 看得出事好貨Waiter 服務非常週到, 要大大支持一下. 我對星級餐廳刮麵包碎呢件事都幾有要求，呢度就做得非常之足。如果你有上app仲可以減錢， 呢一間係絕對可以再嚟嘅餐廳。

This restaurant is truly exceptional! Every dish we tried was outstanding. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the warm hospitality and the wonderful experience we had at the celebrated Don Alfonso. From the moment we stepped through the ornate doors, the attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm of the staff impressed us. They expertly guided us through the diverse and thoughtfully curated menu, taking the time to explain the nuances of authentic Italian cuisine. Dishes like the risotto and spaghetti, which were initially unfamiliar to us, turned out to be a delightful culinary adventure. Our meal was not just satisfying; it was an enlightening experience, and we left with lasting memories. Highly recommend!

Read about the new Don Alfonso at Palazzo Versace in Macau and popped over to try out the lunch.The whole restaurant ( including the toilets ) is decorated using Versace signature home products.For the quality of food and service, the set lunch is cheap and cheerful.Unfortunately totally forgotten about the rule of camera eats first....The Osso Buco is a MUST, the saffron risotto among the best I have had (including Milan )Excellent service, and most surprisingly the waiter was about to explain the dishes and all the ingredients in English and Cantonese Definitely worth revisiting !
