牛柳外層經輕烤,內層接近全raw,脂肪分布平均,肉質非常幼嫩,配上有truffle 碎嘅柚子醋,再加埋日本蔥碎,好味之餘賣相亦相當pleasant!

檸檬香嘅醬油汁配salmon,感覺清新
黑芝麻同tenkasun 添加香香脆脆嘅口感

Main course 就揀咗一道魚同一道牛

魚鮫係成條魚最肥美,最滑嘅部位
師傅燒到皮脆肉嫰,魚油甘香
加兩滴檸檬汁提升清新感+去一去腥味
再簡簡單單配海鹽,最能食到魚本身嘅鮮味
可惜呢個係main ,無得 encore😫
🔸Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Sesame, Red Chili and Sweet Soy
呢個main 正正常常,芝麻味幾香
不過個汁甜咗少少,掩蓋左本身嘅肉味 🤷🏻♀️對呢個main 有D失望
最後ending 當然唔少得甜品啦~

呢個甜品platter賣相吸引,有多款水果:蜜瓜、哈密瓜、火龍果、士多啤梨、藍嗓子、紅莓、藍莓…… 有雪糕,又有朱古力心太軟
