Went for a weekend lunch buffet with the free flow champagne package. Disappointed that it was no long an open buffet but that all food on the menu was served at the tableAbout the food, we started with a bowl of edamame which was nice but nothing surprising. Shiitake mushroom croquettes with truffle and ao-nori was another excellent dish. It was finely deep fried, crispy on the outside but moist inside with creamy mushroom mashed. It tasted like deep fried creamy mushroom soup
Both of the mains, Salmon fillet and Spicy beef tenderloin, were of top quality. The salmon which was juicy, tender, and well-seasoned was one of my most tasty dishes ever! Moved to the tenderloin, it was interesting tasted like Char Siu
All food was greatly served with high quality. The only thing to comment was the table that could hardly place all dishes at one time, and that we needed to slow down the serving so we can enjoy the moment
The highlight was the incredible service that most of the staff were super helpful and well trained. They never allowed our wine cup to be empty
