I am a regular at Beef & Liberty, which I hazardously discovered when hanging around Stanley. Despite living in the New Territories, I would not hesitate to come to Stanley just to enjoy the restaurant. The interior design of the restaurant is classy and the Parisian style outdoor terrace is great too. By far, Beef & Liberty has the best burger and fries in town. By far, Beef & Liberty has the best burger and fries in town. Finding the right fries has always been an ordeal, Beef & Liberty solved it: they are tasty but not grassy, and even more wonderful accompanied by the "secret sauce" (not sure what's inside, but tastes great). There is a great range of drinks to choose from and prices are extremely reasonable, do try out the happy hour! Staff is very well trained, passionate and friendly; a good mix of people from all around the world work there.
Forget crowded shopping malls, hop on a bus for a ride to Stanley and enjoy these exquisite burgers!
