As my followers know, I usually write positive reviews for most restaurants that I visit. This restaurant perked my interest as I frequently travel up and down the Soho escalators.  Finally decided to pull the trigger and book this restaurant on a friday night.  Most of the restaurants in Central towards Soho are normally packed.The fact that this restaurant wasn't, is already a sign of bad things to come.I won't critique on their drinks and wine list.  This is pretty personal.  However the bigg

This restaurant perked my interest as I frequently travel up and down the Soho escalators.  

Finally decided to pull the trigger and book this restaurant on a friday night.  Most of the restaurants in Central towards Soho are normally packed.

The fact that this restaurant wasn't, is already a sign of bad things to come.

I won't critique on their drinks and wine list.  This is pretty personal.  However the biggest disaster is the food menu.  

Here are the things we ordered and i'll critique them by item: 

1) Hamachi Ceviche (Full Portion).  This item was a joke.  3 slices as full portion? You're charging 198 dollars for this dish.  At half portion, how many slices were you planning to serve the guests? 

2) Lobster Bao.  I've never seen a poorer execution of a "bao".  For 128 dollars, you get nothing but a little minced lobster squashed between white bao bread. 

3) Daily Oysters @ 18/pc.  They were so salty I would be better off drinking salt water. 

4) Dry aged Tuna Steak w/ Bak Choy.  Average but at least it had like 8 slices of fish.

5) Shrimp Parmigiana.  Ironically this was the most satisfying dish of the night.  

6) Percy Burger.  Seriously the best thing of the night.  At 158 dollars this was actually worth it.  I can't believe we even paid 128 for the lobster bao. 

I feel like the restaurant manager isn't doing his or her job.  No one is checking the portions and actual balance for the dollar value of the dishes.  

I strongly do not recommend this restaurant, foodies beware.
