Milk Cafe has many MANY branches. But this new branch in Causeway Bay has ice cream! This is the first time I've come across it.It says Hoikkaido Milk 8.0! Is that possible? They offer in both a cone version or on top of coffee, ice chocolate and milk tea. For the drinks, you can just add $18 if you order a meal. I got myself an ice chocolate drink with ice cream on top after ordering a meal. It took forever to arrive. I almost finished my meal by the time it came. I assume this branch is extremely busy and they don't have enough staff making the drinks. The ice cream had partly melted but it was super good. Very creamy and thick. The chocolate milk went well with this. The only problem was my entire drink was all ice. You couldn't request less ice so I guess it needed that amount of ice to prop it up?
Would probably get again but just the scoop of ice cream.
