Terrible attitude and wrong orders

This restaurant consistently mixed up the order every time, and it almost seems they do it deliberately. When we call them about the issue, they always responded with bad attitude and just asked us to cancel the order if we are not happy and they wont redeliver(as we live nearby we request the right food to be redelivered, and they can pickup the wrong order). Ended up my two young kids have no appropriate dishes to eat, we end up have to cook additional food for the kids. Food order platforms n

This restaurant consistently mixed up the order every time, and it almost seems they do it deliberately. When we call them about the issue, they always responded with bad attitude and just asked us to cancel the order if we are not happy and they wont redeliver(as we live nearby we request the right food to be redelivered, and they can pickup the wrong order). Ended up my two young kids have no appropriate dishes to eat, we end up have to cook additional food for the kids. Food order platforms need to blacklist this restaurnsy and prohibit this type of behavior, or else loyal customers will just switch platform to ensure we have a happy food purchasing experience
