First time, first impression: Very appalling, rude personnel at the reception! I was meeting 2 friends for an early lunch (11:30 AM). When I arrived 3 staff were at the reception. I told them the friend who made the reservation had already arrived. I thought one of them would show me/take me to our table. Instead, I was told to look for my friend on my own without indicating which section! The same thing happened to our other friend as she arrived after me! We both felt that their attitude was

The same thing happened to our other friend as she arrived after me! We both felt that their attitude was bad and unprofessional!
Fortunately, our waiter was very professional! The dishes were quite tasty.
題外話/補充資料：
I went to the Cheesecake Factory in Rhode Island 2 years ago, and the service and personnel were very professional and friendly. Perhaps the Hong Kong branch should learn from the US ones.
