Revisited this ramen resto in Wan Chai with my colleagues. .I ordered the Golden Samurai Tonkotsu Ramen this time. I selected kakuni for the pork, which was tender and meaty, and chose thin noodles with a harder texture. Not a big fan of the cabbage in it, and the soup base tasted a bit plain. Luckily the soft-boiled egg had a nice runny yolk which compensated the plainess of the ramen. One of my colleagues ordered the Sakura Shrimp Miso Ramen.
