Went to this ramen resto in Wan Chai with my sis for lunch during the break time of an event. .I ordered Chicken Ramen, which included three pieces of chicken breasts, fried lotus roots, asparagus, onion and egg. The broth was rich and silky, yet not greasy at all. The lotus roots were incredibly crispy and the asparagus made the dish more colourful. The egg was outstanding with a perfect runny yolk. My sis ordered Spicy Ramen with the same ingredients as my Chicken Ramen, but with a spicy broth

My sis ordered Spicy Ramen with the same ingredients as my Chicken Ramen, but with a spicy broth. She chose medium spiciness. Not sure abt the flavour since I didn't try it.

The resto is rather small and is famous for its Lemon Ramen, so maybe I could revisit next time to try that. It's interesting to see that the resto once served Keanu Reeves.
