The previous times I came to chaiwala is filled w good experiences since my family and I always were allocated with good seatings. I have been recurring customer of this restaurant since its opening.But half a year passed and this time my visit changed my positive memory or this restaurant and hence this review.雖然我係係openrice book的，但入面備註左我今次黎係為朋友生日。我expect的佢地以往的處理手法係安置我同朋友係較好的枱（booth 或者main dining rm長臺）But tonight I Had a terrible experience being seated w the worst seat for a friends birthday -

But tonight I Had a terrible experience being seated w the worst seat for a friends birthday - although I did expressly remark in the booking that the occasion is for a birthday ! the staff were very unhelpful, either giving me deadpan expression when I expressed this feedback to them, or told me “oh all these seats are reserved for big parties only” “you should have requested for booth seating”
Well, someone should have been making these rules available to customer first ! Upsetting experience
