All dishes were cooked by order and served piping hot. My favorites included the rice roll with minced beef, which had a translucent and smooth wrapper with soft and tender minced beef and fragrant coriander, and glutinous rice dumpling, which had a golden yellow, crispy, thin and chewy wrapper with savory fillings.
Xiaolongbao was super juicy, while other dim sums were also delicately made and perfectly flavored.
