This fresh coconut crepe cake is super addictive. If I don’t have to count the calories, I could easily finish half a cake myself with a large mug of black coffee. The cake is filled with fresh coconut flesh. It has a slight salty taste to it like all real coconut. The cream is light and the layers are not too dense. Love this waaaay more than those rose, earl grey and matcha crepe cakes out there.
