I recently visited Mt. Yotei in Causeway Bay, and it was amazing! The meal started with Homemade Lamb Gyoza—crispy outside, juicy inside. Next, the Awaji Onion Salad was light and fresh with a tasty ponzu dressing. The Sea Snail in Sauce Broth was chewy but full of flavor.The best part was the Premium Lamb Grill Set— different cuts of lamb (my favorite was the lamb tongue!) grilled perfectly. The best part was the Premium Lamb Grill Set— different cuts of lamb (my favorite was the lamb tongue!) grilled perfectly. The Japanese Kimchi and Spicy Cod Stomach added a nice kick. The Japanese rice was fragrant and fluffy (owner sourced the best quality rice from Hokkaido). Finally, the Lamb Soup was warm and comforting.
The restaurant owners, Clement and Clement, were super friendly and made the meal even better! Highly recommend!
