Love how I got to watch how my food was made!🌱They started our experience with a palette cleanser which was raw veggies dipped in a Japanese sauce. It was refreshing and definitely made me look forward to the upcoming food! 🍢We ordered the 鏹菊 and 紅葉 set dinner and my favourite skewer was the minced meat dipped in raw egg. Never tried before and never thought that the raw egg

🍢We ordered the 鏹菊 and 紅葉 set dinner and my favourite skewer was the minced meat dipped in raw egg. Never tried before and never thought that the raw egg would go so well with this skewer. Loved the pork with onion skewer as well. Pork was tender and burnt onions paired well with the pork- one soft one crispy!
👍🏻In general the food was surprisingly good and would def come back!
