Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant , and it was an experience to remember. The selection of meats was exceptional. The American beef chuck was tender and full of flavor, while the hand-cut fresh beef took the experience up a notch with its melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Iberian pork slices were a standout — rich and juicy, they paired beautifully with the soup.
Equally impressive were the hand-cut pork jowl slices, which added a lovely richness to the pot.
The shrimp and oysters were incredibly fresh, adding a delightful brininess that balanced the flavors.
The salmon slices were equally fresh, and the chicken thigh pieces were juicy, ensuring a variety of tastes with every dip into the bubbling broth.
To round off the meal, we indulged in the crème brûlée for dessert. It was a perfect ending, with a beautifully caramelized top that cracked perfectly under the spoon. The rich, creamy custard beneath was smooth and luxurious, providing a sweet contrast to the savory feast we had just enjoyed.
