Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant , and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance set the stage for an enjoyable evening.The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the rich tomato soup base. The selection of meats was exceptional. The American beef chuck was tender and full of flavor, while the hand-cut fresh beef took the experience up a notch with its melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Iberian pork slices were a standout — rich and juicy, they paired beautifully with the soup.
Equally impressive were the hand-cut pork jowl slices, which added a lovely richness to the pot.
To round off the meal, we indulged in the crème brûlée for dessert. It was a perfect ending, with a beautifully caramelized top that cracked perfectly under the spoon. The rich, creamy custard beneath was smooth and luxurious, providing a sweet contrast to the savory feast we had just enjoyed.
