🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 銅鑼灣｜人生有限杯.串燒店One of my favourite skewer 🍢 restaurants just got a new branch in Causeway Bay! I have to pay them a visit for sure 👍 and try their skewers! Here are my orders: 🍢Skewers:• Chicken with green onion 大蔥雞肉串⭐️• Pork Belly with Enoki & Black Truffle Ginnan 黑松露金菇卷• Tsukune 免治雞肉棒 ⭐️• Pork Belly with Asparagus & Black Truffle 黑松露豚肉蘆筍卷 ⭐️• Chuck Short Ribs with Salt 鹽燒和牛牛小排 • Butter Corn with honey 港式蜜糖粟米• Pork Belly with Lychee 鹽燒荔枝卷 ⭐️The ones with the stars are what I recommend

• Chicken with green onion 大蔥雞肉串⭐️
• Pork Belly with Enoki & Black Truffle Ginnan 黑松露金菇卷
• Tsukune 免治雞肉棒 ⭐️
• Pork Belly with Asparagus & Black Truffle 黑松露豚肉蘆筍卷 ⭐️
• Chuck Short Ribs with Salt 鹽燒和牛牛小排
• Butter Corn with honey 港式蜜糖粟米
• Pork Belly with Lychee 鹽燒荔枝卷 ⭐️
The ones with the stars are what I recommend getting, they are so so good! They are famous with their chicken with green onion skewer and tsukune.
My personal favourites are pork belly with lychee and pork belly with asparagus & black truffle. I was surprised of how well pork belly and lychee go so well together; lychee was sweet and refreshing while pork belly was savoury!

• Pork Belly with Sichuan Peppercorns 脆卜卜花椒五花腩肉⭐️
• Grilled Eggplant with Minced Garlic 蒜蓉菜脯燒茄子⭐️
• Pineapple Bun with Ox Tongue Curry 咖喱牛舌菠蘿包 ⭐️
• Cream udon with mentaiko 明太子忌廉烏冬
Their signatures and also my personal favourites are pork belly with sichuan peppercorns and pineapple bun with ox tongue curry. Pork belly was crispy and seasoned well that I kept going back for more.
The pineapple bun actually took me by surprise! Never thought curry and pineapple work out so well together and they have a sunny side up egg inside too! (My favourite part XD)
🍦 Dessert:
🍨 Honey Toast with Vanilla Ice Cream: I love a good cold sweet dessert after a heavy meal and this is the perfect way to end it! 🥺 The honey toast is crispy while the ice cream is cold, 🍨 balancing the rather heavy and oily meal that I had! 🤤
