OVERALL: High from above at 102/F of ICC, it really have unparalleled views, for special occasions do make reservation well in advance (2-3 months) to secure a window seat‼️Unfortunately, service was not up to normal expectation of a 5-star hotel, the server had difficulty/slow to give response each time & forgotten to place the “Happy Father’s Day” chocolate plate on the cake despite having confirmed over the phone earlier on 🤯 They did apologise by giving us a free cake.. Food was pretty decent tho😋
DISHES:
🍗🥩From the grill (Pork sausage, wagyu flank steak & spring chicken) - A portion for 2 pax as part of the main course for Father’s Day set lunch. The steak was tender but the chicken was abit dry... The truffle mash potato is super creamy & delicious!
🐟🦑Pan fried organic ocean trout with squid ink brown rice - highlight of the meal, the trout is perfectly done & flavourful, goes well with the squid ink rice.
🍰🍊The Ritz Carlton cake - very rich dark chocolate taste with a subtle hint of orange, very filling & satisfying! Give it a try🤤
🍪🍦Jumbo chocolate chip cookie with vanilla icecream - quite surprised why this was the chosen dessert for the set lunch menu🧐, the cookie was hard so not great for elderly people with false teeth. Nothing special about this 🤷🏽♀️
