Good Udon as always, slow serve

Living nearby and have been constantly visiting this restaurant. They serve good quality Udon and fine combo. However when I take my mom to visit today to introduce the restaurant I like, it really disappointed me when a table of five and even a take-out boy who came-in 5-10 mins after us get their food 15mins earlier than us. It was only a simple pork rice, which however takes 42 mins and we were only given a simple reason of "peak-time" when the food arrives us eventually at 2:21pm which obvio

However when I take my mom to visit today to introduce the restaurant I like, it really disappointed me when a table of five and even a take-out boy who came-in 5-10 mins after us get their food 15mins earlier than us. It was only a simple pork rice, which however takes 42 mins and we were only given a simple reason of "peak-time" when the food arrives us eventually at 2:21pm which obviously does not explain why the others get their food ready in a reasonable time. Fairly speaking their food and service level is fine, but the restaurant need really work on their order taking at the kitchen, I would have to think twice next time especially to invite any friend to visit.
