Sea bass is the champion out of the 2 dishes we picked.The fish skin is crispy and fish oil lingers in your mouth, the sauce balance out the oiliness of the fish. Asparagus is fresh and tender.As for the "Chef's burger".... I just wanna ask the Chef :"Why did you choose to use this kind of patty?"
