I brought my foreign friends to try the Hong Kong famous egg tarts. The egg tart was 5 dollars each. Freshly baked and came directly from the kitchen. So nice and soft the custard-like egg yolk. THe crust was supper crunchy. 不過如果要挑剔嘅話, 就係個餅底有少少太過老, 雖然係脆, 不過嗰啲硬, 同埋個餅都有少少厚。 所以咬落去唔係話入口即溶嘅 鬆化。
