Honestly saying, finding seat in Dai Pai Dong isn't an easy task. People just sitting there and don't know how long still have to wait. We even didn't get a ticket, lol, but seem getting the table fast, haaa. Eating in Dai Pai Dong, what you can expect is the wok-hei, it's really good taste. Pig Blood Curd 豬紅, the texture is so complicated, and hardly compare with other food, haaa, not like jelly, but as soft as jelly, haaa, taste fine. Should try which is really local Cantonese food!

Marinated Goose is good one with Tufu and soya-sauce peanut. The taste is just right, like those tufu and soft peanut, and they all got good flavor.

And come to my all-time favorite!: Fried fish fillet with Sweet Corn, it's just wonderful and really delicious when you eating with rice, actually it's good to eat alone too, haaaaa, love so much
