The grilled black cod was flaky, smooth and tasted fresh. The dish also accompanied with Japanese sweet potato Purée, Shanghai Bok Choy and Ficus Carica Fig. The combination between the sweetness of the fig and the sweet potato Purée, with the natural flavours from the black cod provided a well harmonized flavour. The ginger soy sauce added a hint of spiciness to the dish.

This is the signature dessert of the restaurant - the donut version of French toast with ice cream. It's a donut with a scoop of sesame ice cream on top, scattered with crushed nuts and cracker crumbs to give it an extra crunch. It was indeed a tempting dessert and perfect for the sweet toothed!
