I planned to meet up with my parents for dinner tonight and they suggested U-banquet The Starview. It was located at Lee Theatre Plaza, just besides Times Square Causeway Bay.They offered a wide range of Cantonese cuisine for us to choose from, ranging from side dishes, appetizers, seafood, meat, vegetables, roasted meat, rice or noodles, soup, drinks and desserts etc. They have combo for 2 dishes as well, which made it value for money. 得獎金磚脆豆腐 - The skin of the tofu was deep fried till thin in

得獎金磚脆豆腐 - The skin of the tofu was deep fried till thin in texture and crispy and yet the tofu inside was still hot and very soft and smooth.
脆皮燒腩仔 - The skin was roasted till very crispy, like eating cracker. Roasted meat was chewy and flavourful, with right amount of lean fats in between, with mustard provided to enhance the taste.
黑醋蜜餞三度骨 - I particularly liked this dish as it was marinated with black vinegar and honey, making it sweet and sour, appetizing in taste. It was chewy and juicy as well.
清蒸龍躉班 - The size of the fish was huge, enough for 3 to 4 person's serving. The fish was steamed till soft and smooth, fresh in taste. Soy sauce helped to make it flavourful, enhancing the taste.
豉油皇蝦乾炒麵 - Noodle was fried till very chewy and flavourful, not too oily, to my liking. Dried shrimps complimented nicely with the noodles, making it tasty.
