The bread box features classic flaky croissant, their signature double chocolate layered brioche (indulgent!) and sourdough, served with their housemade hazelnut chocolate spread (it’s richer in hazelnut and tastier version of nutella!), housemade jam that is absolutely delicious! There’s just not enough bread for all the amazing spread and jam! 😆 The ham and cheese is a perfect pairing for the wine, and the house smoked Tasmanian salmon served with some capers and pickles is on point. This starter sharing platter is so fulfilling, putting a big smile on my face (and some weight on my tummy 🙈) but it’s just the beginning!😆
Brunch should feel relaxed, chatting with friends while enjoying the food, here they serve the food at just the right pace, make sure we’re comfortable before moving on to the main 😊 Their warming hospitality is commendable.

To be honest, I didn’t expect the portion to be this generous at a hotel restaurant, it’s huge! The pork belly is slow braised till completely tender, glazed with BBQ sauce, the fat and tender meat simply melt in the mouth. The braised cabbage on the side is so soft and super flavorful. The side cold cabbage salad is not to be neglected! It’s fresh crunchy and served in a flavored aromatic dressing that is so addictively scrumptious.

A brunch just wouldn’t be right without egg benedict. Classic poached egg on English muffin with a Hollandaise sauce, yet they added generous amount of black truffle and also a crispy Belotta ham that just bring the dish to a whole new deluxe experience! (side note: we can often choose the doneness of steak, but to be asked the desired doneness of the egg is a first!😆)

And then desserts are just as remarkable. OMG the signature chocolate soufflé is incredibly rich in dark chocolate flavor, light airy soufflé that is divine! Served with a cacao sorbet that has a subtle chocolate bitter flavor that balances well with the soufflé.

Added extra for their signature Uni French toast, quite an expensive bite but it’s a worthy one. Uni sitting on a caramelized brioche toast where the soft spongy brioche takes on the melty uni and its fresh umami sweetness, all melding together in the mouth, sooo good!
At $698, you can enjoy 90mins free flow of sparkling wine, cocktail, fresh juice, tea and coffee. (Additional $100 for champagne, red & white wine and sake).
