🥪Truffle Bikini Sandwich!
The combination of black truffle, Iberico ham, and Manchego cheese in this sandwich was absolutely divine. This is the best dish of the meal! The black truffle added an earthy, savory flavor that was perfectly complemented by the nutty and slightly tangy taste of the Manchego cheese. The bread used for the sandwich was perfectly toasted, adding a satisfying crunch to each bite.

Chorizo al Vino Tinto is a traditional Spanish dish. The chorizo sausage were sliced into small rounds and arranged on a bed of bloody rich red wine sauce. The aroma was sensational. The red wine sauce has a complex flavor that had hints of sweetness, acidity, and a subtle spiciness from the chorizo. The sausage was meaty and robust, but not overpowering.

Homemade Albondigas is a classic Mexican dish that consists of meatballs in a savory tomato-based sauce. The meatballs were were perfectly cooked, with a tender, juicy center that practically melted in my mouth. The tomato-based sauce has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to balance out the savory meatballs.
🍰Basque Burnt Cheesecake
Probably one of the top basque cheesecakes I’ve ever had. The cheesecake was served hot just out of oven. The inside is so creamy and rich in cheese which is the best dessert for any cheese lovers. But I do prefer to eat it when it’s more cooled down as the texture becomes firmer in the centre.
🍨Crunchy Homemade Churros
The churros were perfectly crunchy with a chewy interior, dusted with a generous coating of cinnamon sugar, which gave them a deliciously sweet and spiced flavor. The velvety chocolate syrup and Movenpick chocolate ice cream was the perfect complement.
