賣相同平時既唔同,全黑好神秘同刺激,MET 開就有奶黃Lava 流出黎,唔會好甜。就算凍左小小先食都仲係流心。
炒得非常香口,鹹鹹香香。就算淨食都沒有問題,配飯食就更加一流。
應該係食上海菜時必點,蛋白夠香夠滑,唔會成碟都係油。不過其實睇返英文先知,原來係無蟹肉哈哈!
