永樂園是中環出名蛇竇, 位置方便但地庫的茶餐廳不易在街道見到熟人, 當然她旳熱狗也是相當出名, 作為下午茶茶配一杯熱奶茶, 就是沒有輸的可能. 多年時光之下依然能夠保持餐廳的裝修, 還有十分脆弱的電話接收能力. 唯一變的就是熱狗旳價錢和份量.現在的熱狗要三十多元, 但熱狗腸的份量越來越少, 少得要揭開熱狗包才能找到. 這也改變我對它的的認知, 以為一個正常的熱狗, 應該可以肉眼見到腸頭和尾. 當然水準還是不錯, 熱狗吧包表面微微烤乾, 保持挺實而做到外面少少脆口, 內裡保持軟熟的口感. 沙律醬是其靈魂的精髓, 甜酸平衡而不膩, 相當開胃, 有人可以熱狗走腸, 但我還是覺得份量太少, 一個連下午茶也吃不飽.Its location is convenient, but it’s not easy to run into acquaintances in the basement tea restaurant. Nowadays, a hot dog costs over thirty dollars, but the quantity of the sausage has become increasingly less, so little that you have to unwrap the hot dog to find it. This has altered my perception of it. I believe a normal hot dog should visibly have both the head and tail of the sausage. Nonetheless, the quality is still decent. The surface of the hot dog bun is slightly toasted, providing a firm and slightly crispy texture on the outside, while maintaining a soft and tender interior. The soulful essence lies in the salad dressing, which strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and sourness without being greasy. It’s quite appetizing. Some people may consider the hot dog to be sufficient, but I still find the portion size to be too small. It‘s not even enough to satisfy my afternoon tea craving.
