Uncle Ben Coffee 由銅鑼灣搬到炮台山，帶來更屬於店主的木系配鮮藍色設計美學，每次到訪都會被其多種類的咖啡豆選擇感到驚喜。今次挑選編號360的哥倫比亞咖啡豆製成鮮奶咖啡，帶有濃郁的熱情果及芒果香氣，酸甜平衡適中。Uncle Ben Coffee has relocated to Fortress Hill, bringing with it a more personal aesthetic of wood and vibrant blue. Each visit is a delightful surprise, thanks to its diverse selection of coffee beans. This time, I opted for bean number 360, the Colombian coffee bean, in a latte. The rich flavors of passion fruit and mango create a perfectly balanced sweet and tangy profile.
